เป็นองค์กรชั้นนำทางภูมิศาสตร์ควรทำอย่างไร

วันสองวันนี้ได้ยินหลายคนต้องการ "เป็นองค์กรชั้นนำทางภูมิศาสตร์" ก็เลยอดคิดต่อไปว่า ถ้าจะเป็นอย่างนั้นได้ต้องเป็นอะไรกันบ้าง ห-ายความว่าจะต้องทำอะไรกันบ้าง ทั้งที่ทำมาแล้ว (แต่ยังไม่สนับสนุนให้เป็นผู้นำทางภูมิศาสตร์) และที่จะต้องทำต่อจากนี้ไป อ่านหนังสือ "ผู้นำ" ของ นพ.ประเวศ วะสี แล้วก็มาอ่านรวมเล่มที่มีหลายๆ คนเขียนเกี่ยวภาวะ "ผู้นำ" ไม่ทราบเหมือนกันว่า คนที่ต้องการ "เป็นองค์กรชั้นนำทางภูมิศาสตร์" นั้นคิดกันอย่างไร จะเป็นผู้นำหรือองค์กรชั้นนำในเชิงจิตวิญญาณ หรือว่าจะเป็นองค์กรชั้นนำทางนิตินัย . . . . . . . . . .? ? ? ? ? จากคุณ ส้มลิ้ม เมื่อวันที่ 27/1/2549 20:04:54

เป็นไงบ้างปู่ส้มลิ้มยังเปรี้ยวนิดๆ อยู่หรือเปล่า หรือชอบแบบหวานนิดๆ เปรี้ยวหน่อยๆ ก็ว่ากันไป การที่หลายคนอยาก "เป็นองค์กรชั้นนำทางภูมิศาสตร์" ไม่รู้ซิ ตอบแบบกำปั้นทุบดิน แก้ไขหลักสูตรก่อนมั่ง เพราะมีคนคงแก่เรียนมากๆ บางคนที่ปู่เคยบอกว่าไม่มีพื้นฐานทางภูมิฯ ยังได้เป็นผู้ใหญ่ผู้โตขององค์กรฯ อะไรซักอย่างได้เลย แล้วจะเหลือหรือ นั้นก็แสดงว่าการจะเป็นผู้นำขององค์กรของปู่ส้มลิ้ม ก็ไม่จำเป็นมีความรู้พื้นฐานมากมายใช่มัยขอรับ ตามเหตุผลที่ปู่ส้มลิ้มเข้าใจ หรืออีกอย่างปู่ส้มลิ้มตั้งเองเป็นผู้นำเอง ลุงสมัครเป็นสมาชิกคนแรกพร้อมจะเดินตามปรัชญาของปูส้มลิ้มเต็มที่ เพื่อจะได้เป็นองค์กรที่เป็นเอกเทศเป็นผู้นำขององค์การเพื่อขับเคลื่อนความคิดอันบริสุทธิ์ความเป็นศาสตร์ของปู่ส้มลิ้มเพื่อให้หลายๆ องค์กรหันมาดูว่าความเป็นผู้นำเป็นอย่างไร น่าจะสมเหตุสมผลถึงแม้ว่าองค์กรของเราจะมีสมาชิกกเพียงสองคนก็ตาม คือ ปู่ฯ กับลุงฯ 555555555555555555555555 เหนื่อยๆๆ หัวเราะมากไป ก็ คนอายุมากขึ้นทำอะไรก็ลำบากแล้ว ไม่เอาแล้วเขียนมากแถมยังไม่เชิงวิชาการอีกด้วย เดี๋ยวโดนจิกหัวด่าอีก ปู่เขียนมาเยอะๆ จะต่อท้ายให้เดี๋ยวมันสงบนิ่งไป น่าปู่ฯ น่ะ สร้างสีสรรเหมือนที่เคยคุยกันไว้ เหนื่อยๆๆ หลานฯ ๆ มาช่วยหน่อยเอาเรื่องสนุกสนามมาแจมหน่อย เราต้องช่วยกันให้นุกหนาน ภูมิฯ เราต้องไม่เงียบเหงา ถึงความเห็นไม่ตรงกันก็เป็นเรื่องธรรมดาเพราะหวกเรามีหยักสมองที่ไม่เท่ากันบางเรื่องบางคนหยักมาก บางเรื่องบางคนหยักน้อย ถกเถียงกันไปก่อเกิดกระบวนการคิด หยักสมองทำงาน เราจะได้รู้เรื่องราวต่างๆ มากขึ้น จะรอปู่ส้อมลิ้มไม่ทันใจหรอก มาช่วยกันเพื่อหยักสมองของทุกคน เอามาโยกๆๆๆๆ กันหน่อยๆๆๆๆๆๆ โยกๆๆแป้นพิมพ์กันหน่อย จากคุณ ลุงคำปัน เมื่อวันที่ 30/1/2549 14:17:21 x

แด่ความคิดเห็นกรณีองค์กรชั้นนำ องค์กรชั้นนำเป็นอย่างไร องค์กรชั้นนำเป็นองกรณ์ที่ประกอบไปด้วย - การยอมรับจากสังคมว่าเป็นชั้นนำจริง(ในทางที่ดี) ไม่ใช่สถาปณากันเอาเอง - เป็นองค์กรที่ทันเหตุการณ์ ผู้คนในสังคมสามารถเข้าถึงองค์กรนี้ด้วยความสะดวก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการรับรู้ข่าวสารหรือ การแสวงหาความรู้จากองค์กรที่เขาต้องการ เป็นที่พึ่งพิงให้ผู้คนในสังคมได้ (ตามปรัชญาของ Geography the great) เช่น หลานของตาสีต้องการทราบว่า GIS คืออะไรเพื่อเอาไปทำรายงาน ปรากฏว่าค้าหาแล้วมีคำตอบเยอะมากแต่ยักกะไม่มีคำตอบที่มาจากองค์กรแห่งนี้เลย ทำไมเอ่ย หรือว่าหลานตาสีหาไม่ดี ตาไม่ถึง ขอติเพื่อก่อไว้ตรงนี้เลยว่าการบริการทาง Electronic ขององค์กรนี้ยังไม่มีบทบาทต่อสังคมเลย - เป็นองค์กรที่ใจกว้างยอมรับและเปิดใจให้กับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่จะนำมาซึ่งสิ่งที่ดีขึ้น เช่น การรับอาจารย์ใหม่ๆที่มีความรู้ความสามารถเข้ามาเป็นทั้งผู้บริหาร และผู้ปรับปรุงหลักสูตรให้มีความทันสมัยสอดคล้องกับสภาวะของสังคมทั้งในปัจจุบันและอนาคต - เป็นองค์กรที่ต้องไวต่อกระแสสังคม ต้องตอบรับต่อสิ่งใหม่ๆได้รวดเร็ว เช่นกรณีไข้หวัดนก กรณีการแก้ปัญหาภัยแล้งของรัฐบาล (ไม่ใช่ขี้ๆนะเป็นโครตโครงการ (Mega Project) ของรัฐบาลเป็นอันดับสองรองลงมาจากเส้นทางคมนาคมเลยเชียว) เป็นต้น จากกรณีตัวอย่างดังกล่าว ควรมีการแสดงความเป็นผู้นำโดยการจัดประชุมสัมมนาเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนั้นเพื่อ หาข้อสรุปและนำเสนอต่อสังคม - เป็นองค์กรที่ต้องมีบุคลากรที่เก่งจริงและดีแบบมนุษย์สามัญทั่วไป ไม่ต้องดีเป็นเทวดาในสายตาพวกเดียวกันแต่กับคนอื่นก็ควรดีแบบคนทั่วไปที่เขาประพฤติกัน บุคลากรบางคนพูดเก่ง ใช้คนอื่นเก่ง และด้วยพูดเก่งอย่างเดียวทำไม่เก่ง ไม่มีทักษะเวลาพูดอะไรที่เกี่ยวกับทักษะก็เลยพูดผิด และมันเสียชื่อองค์กรชั้นนำ เวลาไปพูดในสังคม - เป็นองค์กรที่ผลิตบัณทิตที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ และเป็นคนดีเท่าๆกับคนอื่นๆในสังคม - เป็นองค์กรที่มีบุคลากรอันเป็นที่ยอมรับของสังคม - เป็นองค์กรที่มีตัวตนจับต้องได้ ไม่ได้อยู่บนหอคอย - เป็นองค์กรที่มีความน่าเชื่อถือ ไม่ทำงานวิจัยแบบขอไปที แต่เอางบมาเยอะๆ เช่น การจ้างนักศึกษาไปเก็บข้อมูลด้วยเครื่องมือที่เรียกว่า แบบสอบถาม หรือแบบสัมภาษณ์ แล้วนักศึกษาเหล่านั้นก็นำแบบสอบถามนั้นไปในห้อง ปิดประตูขังตัวเองอยู่ในห้องด้วยความทรมานแสนสาหัส เปิดห้องมาเหงื่อโทรมตัว แต่ใบหน้าเปื้อนยิ้ม เพราะได้รับเงินแล้ว แบบสอบถามเสร็จแล้ว 100 ชุด เป็นต้น แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ตัวชี้วัดกรณีนี้มันมีอยู่สองตัว ตัวแรกก็คือ เรื่องมาตรฐาน กับอีกตัวคือการเป็นผู้นำ ผู้นำอาจจะมีหลายระดับถ้าแบ่งตามมาตรฐานของกลุ่ม เช่นเป็นผู้นำในกลุ่มด้วยพัฒนา หรือเป็นผู้นำในกลุ่มที่พัฒนาแล้ว จากคุณ ถามมาตอบไป เมื่อวันที่ 30/1/2549 19:45:13 x

"ไม่ว่าจะเป็นองค์กรไหนก็ตามที หากจะมีชีวิตอยู่ได้อย่างยืนยาว นั่นย่อมหนีไม่พ้นที่จะมีปัจจัยที่ทำให้เกิดความสำเร็จมาเกี่ยวข้อง ในงานสัมมนา "Best Practices : Thailand Quality Class Winner 2004" ซึ่งจัดโดยสถาบันเพิ่มผลผลิตแห่งชาติ เมื่อปลายเดือนธันวาคมที่ผ่านมานั้น รศ.ดร.พสุ เดชะรินทร์ คณะพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ได้พูดถึงเรื่อง "ปัจจัยความสำเร็จขององค์กรชั้นเลิศ (Critical Success Factors for Excellence Organization" ไว้ อันน่านำไปขบคิดต่อ "รศ.ดร.พสุ" ได้กล่าวถึงปัจจัยของความสำเร็จขององค์กรชั้นเลิศว่า ควรมี 7 ประการ ด้วยกัน ประกอบด้วย 1. strategy 2. execution 3. innovation 4. culture 5.partnership 6. people และ 7. leadership โดยในเรื่อง "กลยุทธ์" (strategy) นั้น "รศ.ดร.พสุ" มองว่าปัจจุบันเราให้ความสำคัญกับกลยุทธ์น้อยลง มักคิดว่ามีอยู่แล้วหรือดีอยู่แล้ว แต่ความจริงยังไม่ได้เป็นกลยุทธ์ที่แท้จริง เป็นแผนปฏิบัติการมากกว่า เพราะไม่ได้บอกถึงทิศทางในการเติบโต ขาดพันธกิจร่วม ไม่ได้บอกให้รู้ว่าจะนำเสนอคุณค่าอะไรให้กับลูกค้า ไม่ได้ทำให้องค์กรเกิดความโดดเด่นหรือแตกต่างจากคู่แข่งขัน "ต้องการทำทุกอย่างที่จะทำให้ได้เงิน ไม่มีความมุ่งเน้นที่ชัดเจน มุ่งเน้นแต่การลอกเลียนคู่แข่งขัน โดยไม่พิจารณาความเห-าะสมกับตนเอง เป็นการคิดแบบ inside-out มากกว่า out side-in และเป็นกลยุทธ์ที่นิ่ง (static) เกินไป" ประการต่อมาในเรื่อง "การปฏิบัติให้เห็นผล" (execution) เห็นว่าผู้บริหารของไทยจำนวนมากที่เป็นนักพูด นักคิด เป็นคนเก่ง ฉลาด แต่ไม่สามารถนำสิ่งที่คิดหรือพูดไปสู่การปฏิบัติที่เกิดผลได้ และกลยุทธ์มีแนวโน้มที่เหมือนกัน และสามารถ ลอกเลียนแบบกันได้อย่างรวดเร็วมากขึ้น การปฏิบัติให้เห็นผลนั้น ได้แก่การปฏิบัติตามพื้นฐานทางการจัดการ โดยการจัดโครงสร้างองค์กรที่เห-าะสมและเกื้อหนุนต่อการเติบโตขององค์กร และผู้นำจะต้องลงมาคลุกคลีกับการทำงานมากขึ้น ไม่ใช่นั่งบนหอคอยงาช้าง ทำให้ทุกคนเข้าใจในความรับผิดชอบ และพร้อมที่จะปฏิบัติตามสิ่งที่ตนเองต้องรับผิดชอบ หากทุกคนมีเป้าห-ายในการทำงานที่ชัดเจน มีระบบในการจูงใจสำหรับบุคลากรที่สามารถทำงานได้บรรลุเป้าห-ายที่ตั้งไว้ เช่นกันที่ต้องพัฒนาวัฒนธรรมองค์กรให้เน้นการปฏิบัติ พัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ ความสามารถที่เห-าะสม ส่วนในด้าน "นวัตกรรม" (innovation) "รศ.ดร.พสุ" เห็นว่า นวัตกรรมคือการเปลี่ยน แปลงใหม่ๆ เป็นสิ่งที่จำเป็นสำหรับทุกองค์กรที่ต้องการเป็นผู้นำ นวัตกรรมไม่ใช่เฉพาะสินค้าหรือสินค้าเทคโนโลยีชั้นสูงเท่านั้น แต่แฝงอยู่ในทุกกระบวน การจัดการ ซึ่งขณะนี้พบว่าบางองค์กรให้ความสำคัญและติดตามลูกค้ามากเกินไปจนทำให้ละเลยในเรื่องของนวัตกรรม (disruptive innovation) ด้าน "วัฒนธรรมองค์กร" (culture) นั้น เขามองว่าเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญที่ถูกละเลยมานาน แต่การจะเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ (learning organization), องค์กรนวัตกรรม (innovative organization), performance-based organization, strategic driven organization, etc. จะเกิดขึ้นได้ต่อเมื่อมีวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่สนับสนุน ซึ่งมักจะถูกผู้บริหารมองว่าเป็นสิ่งที่สืบทอดมาตั้งแต่ปรัมปราและยากที่จะเปลี่ยน แปลง แต่ในปัจจุบันเริ่มมีตัวอย่างของการปรับเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมองค์กร (cultural transformation) มากขึ้น เช่น IBM, ภาคราชการไทย เป็นต้น ซึ่งการปรับเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมองค์กรนั้นจะต้องอาศัยเวลา และจะต้องเริ่มต้นจากตัวผู้บริหาร (leading by example, walk the talk) ในเรื่อง partnership นั้นควรมุ่งเน้นที่ core business และเร่งสร้าง network เพราะในปัจจุบันมักจะมอง partnership เป็นเพียงแค่พันธมิตร หรือเครือข่าย แต่ความจริงแล้วควรจะต้องให้ความสำคัญของลูกค้าต่อการสร้างคุณค่าขององค์กร (co-creation of value) ซึ่งอาจจะเป็นแบบการให้ลูกค้าเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างคุณค่า รวมทั้งสร้างคุณค่าจากประสบการณ์ระหว่างลูกค้ากับองค์กร (co-creation experiences) ในเรื่องบุคลากร (people) นั้นตอนนี้เป็นที่กล่าวกันว่า บุคลากรคือทรัพยากรที่สำคัญที่สุด แต่ในสภาพปัจจุบันยังมีองค์กรจำนวนมากที่ผู้บริหารไม่ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับบุคลากรเท่าที่ควร ซึ่งในหลายองค์กรที่บุคลากรจะเป็นตัวเลือกสุดท้ายในการลงทุนของผู้บริหาร ทั้งที่ความจริงเทคโนโลยีไม่สามารถทดแทนคนได้ innovation, knowledge ล้วนแล้วเกิดจากคน ในเรื่องของตัวผู้นำ (leadership) นั้น ผู้นำเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทุกสิ่งภายในองค์กร ผู้นำที่ดีจะต้องมุ่ง coaching มากกว่า directing ซึ่งผู้นำกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่พบเห็นในปัจจุบัน มุ่งเน้นที่ผลลัพธ์ของงาน มีทั้งคนเกลียดและคนรัก ก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงแบบ radical change "องค์กรจะประสบความสำเร็จนั้นไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากปัจจัยใดปัจจัยหนึ่งเพียงอย่างเดียว จะต้องมีปัจจัยหลายประการที่ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุน และไม่ได้เป็นสิ่งที่ใช้สำหรับองค์กรขนาดใหญ่หรือองค์กรธุรกิจเท่านั้น ธุรกิจขนาดกลางและย่อม และองค์กรภาครัฐสามารถนำมาปรับใช้ได้" เหล่านี้ล้วนเป็นมุมมองที่น่าสนใจของ "รศ.ดร.พสุ เดชะรินทร์" หากองค์กรไหนขาดด้านใดไป ก็น่าจะไปใส่เพิ่ม เพื่อการพัฒนาองค์กรให้ก้าวสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ที่มา: www.matichon.co.th/prachachart จากคุณ benayoon เมื่อวันที่ 30/1/2549 21:26:51 x

"เป็นองค์กรที่ต้องไวต่อกระแสสังคม ต้องตอบรับต่อสิ่งใหม่ๆได้รวดเร็ว" อันนี้น่าสนใจ วันก่อนอาจารย์ผู้ใหญ่ท่านหนึ่งเดินเข้ามา ชวนกนัคุยสับเพเหระ พาลชวนกันไปนั่งกินเหลาที่บ้านอีก (อาจารย์แกไหว้เจ้าเลยชวนพวกเราไปสุมหัวคุยกันต่อ) มีหลายเรื่องที่เป็นกระแสสังคมที่เราต้องฉับไว ด้วยการนำความรู้ทางภูมิศาสตร์ของเราไปช่วยสังคม ไปอธิบายให้สังคม เรื่องหวัดนกก็ดี เรื่องโรคเท้าเปื่อยก็ดี เรื่องภัยแล้งก็ดี . . ตอนนี้ที่น่าจะมาก่อนเรื่องเหล่านี้ เราว่าเป็นเรื่อง "งานกาชาด/งานฤดูหนาว" เพราะเชื่อไหมว่า ทั้งหวัดนกทั้งเท้าเปื่อยอะไรต่อมิอะไร มันไม่ได้ทำให้คนตายมากมายเท่ากับงานกาชาดเลยแม้แต่น้อย . . ประเทศไทยมี 75 จังหวัด (ยังไม่รวมกรุงเทพฯ นะ) ทุกจังหวัดมีงานกาชาดหมดเลย จังหวัดละ 7 คืน . . อย่างวันนี้ที่พิษณุโลกมีแอ๊ดหวัดนก คาราบาว ลองคิดดูซิว่าอะไรเกิดขึ้นบ้าง วัยรุ่นจากทั่วสารทิศขับรถเข้ามา บ้างก็มาไม่ถึงไปเสยต้นไม้เสียก่อน บ้างก็สามารถเบียดเสียดกันเข้าไปชูนิ้วโป้งกับนิ้วก้อย บ้างก็เสียบกันยิงกันหน้างาน . . เมื่อวานนี้ระเบิดลงเลยละ ถนนสิงหวัฒน์ระเบิดเลย 75 จังหวัด ตีเสียว่า ตายกันจังหวัด 7 คน (เอาง่ายๆ ตัวเลขต่ำๆ คืนละศพ) ปีๆ หนึ่งปาเข้าไป 525 ศพ ปัญหาใหญ่ไหมละท่านทั้งหลาย ทำไมยังจัดกันอยู่ได้ ไม่เห็นมีใครได้ประโยชน์เลย นอกจากผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดกับเจ้าของค่ายเทป มีคนได้ประโยชน์สองคนนี้เท่านั้น งานกาชาดแท้จริงก็คืองานหาสตังค์ส่งลูกผู้ว่าเรียนเมืองนอก หรือไม่ก็ช่วยค่าห้องเช่าให้กับสาวน้อยของผู้ว่าฯ ขออภัยที่ต้องเขียนถึงเรื่องนี้อย่างเยิ่นเย้อไปนิดหนึ่ง เลยไม่ได้กล่าวถึงเรื่องที่คุยกับอาจารย์ผู้ใหญ่ไว้เลย เอาไว้คราวหน้า เมื่อวานนี้พรรคพวกของเราก็เสียชีวิตไปกับงานแบบนี้ด้วยคนหนึ่ง . . เลิกจัดได้แล้ว ทีหวัดนกคนตายคนสองคน ไปไล่จับเป็ดจับไก่ชาวบ้านฆ่าตายหมดเลย ทีอย่างนี้ทุกคนทุกฝ่ายเงียบฉี่ อ้อ! เมื่อวานนี้ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พนัส หันนาคินทร์ ผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยของเราคนแรก ท่านเสียชีวิตลงแล้ว พวกเราหลายคนคงรู้จักท่านดี ก็ขอให้ท่านได้เดินทางไปสู่สุขคติด้วย จากคุณ ส้มลิ้ม เมื่อวันที่ 31/1/2549 15:18:02 x

ถึงคุณส้มลิ้ม วันนี้ขอนอกประเด็นนิดนึง แต่ยังอยู่ในกระทู้นะครับ เรื่อง “งานกาชาด” ในมุมมองที่คุณส้มลิ้มมองว่าไม่ควรมีควรเลิกจัดได้แล้วไม่มีประโยชน์ ....อะไรต่อมิไรอีกมากมายที่อ้างอิงถึง “ผู้ว่า” (มันบาปกรรมนะถ้าไม่ได้เป็นข้อเท็จจริง แต่ก็ช่วงมันเถอะ) ประเด็นใหญ่ๆที่คุณส้มลิ้มขัดใจมากเกี่ยวกับงานกาชาดคือการตายของคน อันเนื่องมาจากคนตีกัน ซึ่งกลุ่มใหญ่ๆที่ก่อเรื่องคือวัยรุ่น สรุปคือปัญหาวัยรุ่นตีกัน อยากถามคุณส้มลิ้มว่าถ้าไม่มีงานกาชาดวัยรุ่นมันจะเลิกตีกันไหม คงไม่เลิกเพราะมีที่ที่ให้พวกมันตีกันอีกเยอะ ปัญหาวัยรุ่นตีกันเป็นปัญหาเชิงโครงสร้างของสังคม เกี่ยวเนื่องไปถึง ระบบการศึกษา เศรษฐกิจ จริยธรรม ศาสนา และค่านิยมที่แปรเปลี่ยนไปของสังคมไทย โดยเฉพาะค่านิยมทางด้านเศรษฐกิจและจริยธรรม ซึ่งถ้าหากไม่แก้จากตรงนี้ต่อให้ไม่มีงานอะไรเลยก็ไม่เชื่อว่าจะแก้ปัญหาความรุนแรงของวัยรุ่นได้ ส่วนประเด็นเรื่องประโยชน์ของงานกาชาดนั้น ยังมองว่ามีประโยชน์มากกว่ามีโทษ อย่างน้อย คนที่ไปส่วนใหญ่ก็ไม่ได้เป็นผู้สร้างปัญหา การไปเดินเที่ยวจับจ่ายซื้อของถือเป็นการพักผ่อน เป็นการช่วยส่งเสริมการทำมาหากินของแม่ค้าพ่อค้า เป็นการทำงานร่วมกันของคนหลายๆฝ่ายในสังคม เป็นการส่งเสริมให้ธุรกิจในจังหวัดคักคักมีการไหลเวียนของเงินมากขึ้น ...อย่าให้ปัญหาที่เกิดจากอีกสาเหตุหนึ่ง มาทำให้คุณค่าของงานกาชาดเสียหายเลยครับ...และลูกผู้ว่าทุกคนไม่ได้ไปเรียนเมืองนอกทุกคน และระบบบัญชีของจังหวัดมีฝ่ายตรวจสอบอยู่แล้ว อย่าพาดพิงเลย จากคุณ ถามมาตอบไป เมื่อวันที่ 31/1/2549 15:40:56 x

ปู่ส้มลิ้ม Hang หรือเปล่าไปล้างหน้าล้างตาก่อน ครอบครัวของลุงเติบโดขึ้นมาได้เพราะพ่อแม่เป็นข้าราชการกรมการปกครองที่หัวหน้าที่สำคัญที่สุดในระดับจังหวัดคือผู้ว่า ปูเล่นพาดพิงถึงผู้ว่าเลยนะ ผู้ว่าหลายคนที่ลุงเคยสัมผัส จนถึงขั้นเป็นรองอธิบดีเป็นคนดีมากมาย และไม่ได้ส่งลูกไปนอกและไม่ได้มีสาวน้อยๆ ด้วย งานกาชาดที่เชียงใหม่เรียกงานฤดูหนาวและกาชาดเด็กๆ คุณแม่มีรายได้จากการไปตอกบัตรเข้างานและคอยตรวจสองบัญชีทำให้เรามีค่าขนม พ่อต้องไปเป็นกรรมการ งานสนุกมากลุงเดินเล่นเกือบครึ่งคืน พอเป็นวัยรุ่นก็มีรักแบบเด็กแถวนี้ พบเพื่อนมาช่วยพ่อแม่ขายของ พบเมียงู พบอับดุลตัดคอหลอกขายกุมารทอง พบมอเตอร์ไซด์ไต่ถัง ยิงปืนจุกก๊อก และอะไรอีมากมาย และโดยเฉพาะ กรงขังคนกล้า เห็นตั้งแต่เด็กๆ เคยถามพ่อว่าทำไหมเขาต้องมาอยู่ พ่อตอบว่าเป็นพวกที่มีเรื่องในงาน พอเป็นวัยรุ่นตอนนั้นพี่แอ๊ดยังเป็นวงเปิดวงอยู่เลยไปเที่ยวไปเต้นไปต่อยกับวัยรุ่นตามเวลาบริบทของมนุษย์ แถมยังมีเพื่อนถูกขวานฟันหัวพาไปโรงพยาบาลวันที่ 31 ธันวาตอนเที่ยงคืน เรื่องนี้มันมีมานานแล้ว ทำไหมจู่มาให้เลิกจัดงาน ถามจริงๆ เด็กๆ ต่างจังหวัดที่ไม่เคยเห็นสวนสนุกในกรุงเทพแต่มีโอกาสเห็นในงานกาชาด ข้าราชการระดับล่างที่ได้เงินจากการทำงานล่วงเวลาในงาน พ่อค้าแม่ค้าเหล่านั้นเล่า แล้วกิจกรรมทางสังคมที่เราเรียกว่างานวัด หรือมหกรรมลูกปิ้งก็หายไป เคยคิดไหมพ่อค้าเร่หลายกลุ่มเขาเวียนไปจัดขายของตามงานกาชาดต่างๆ เป็นอาชีพถ้าเลิกจัดให้เขาเป็นโจรหรือปู่หาอาชีพรองรับเขาได้ แต่อย่าบอกว่าให้ไปขายตามตลาดนัดบ้านนอกอาชีพใครอาชีพมัน ขายผิดที่อาจเป็นผีได้ ปู่และครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ขอบอกว่าผิดหวังมากที่พาดพิงมหาดไทยโดยเฉพาะผู้ว่าฯ อันตรายนะ ลบออกเถอะคนรักปูมีนะคนเกลียดก็มีนะ ถ้าเขาเอาไป post อื่นๆ แล้วเขาตามหา IP แล้วให้พี่บอกว่างานกาชาดไหน ผู้ว่าคนไหนเอาเงินไปส่งลูกไปเรียนเมืองนอก หรือมีสาวน้อย พี่จะจุกเอานะ รักนะจึงบอก เล่นกันเฉพาะพวกเราก็นุกหนานแล้วเชื่อที่ พลาดอย่างรุนแรงเลยปู่ส้มลิ้ม จากคุณ ลุงคำปัน เมื่อวันที่ 31/1/2549 17:34:12 x

ในยุคที่ผู้คนในสังคมชนบทมีบทบาทมากที่สุดก็เห็นจะเป็นในยุค 10 ปีที่ผ่านกระทั่งปัจจุบัน รัฐบาลกลางให้ความสำคัญกับท้องถิ่นมาก แม้ระบบการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นจะเริ่มมาจากการฆ่ากันตายเป็นเบือแต่ตอนนี้ดีขึ้นมาก นายก อบต. จบการศึกษาสูง การเลือกตั้งไม่ค่อยมีการฆ่ากันแล้ว จัดได้ว่าเป็นยุคที่ท้องถิ่นกลับมารุ่งเรื่องอีกครั้งหนึ่ง หลังจากหายไปนานด้วยน้ำมือของ Modernization ในยุคของการพัฒนายุคหนึ่ง แบบ (Model) ของความร่วมมือในท้องถิ่นที่ดี ก็คือ แบบความสัมพันธ์ที่เรียกว่า บ้าน วัด โรงเรียน แต่มาถึงวันนี้ หลายๆจังหวัด มีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎ หลายจังหวัดมีมหาวิทยาลัย มากกว่า 1 แห่ง คำถามก็คือมหาวิยาลัยเหล่านี้ตอบสนองต่อชุมชนได้มากน้อยเพียงใด เคยสงสัยเหมือนกันว่า เพื่อนบางคนอยู่เกาะสมุย อยู่สงขลา อยู่เชียงใหม่ อยู่อุบลราชธานี มหาวิทยาลัยบ้านมันหรือใกล้บ้านมันไม่มีหรือไรจึงได้ถ่อมาเรียนถึง พิษณุโลก เปล่าเลย ใครๆก็อยากอยู่ใกล้บ้านแต่ ระบบการศึกษาไทยมันไม่อำนวยต่างหาก การทำหน้าที่ของมหาวิทยาลัยในท้องถิ่นแต่ละแห่งต่างๆ จึงมีหน้าที่ตอบสนองต่อการศึกษาของชาติมากกว่าของท้องถิ่น เราลองๆมามองดูกันบ้างใหมว่ามหาวิทยาลัยของเรามีความสัมพันธ์หรือรับใช้ท้องถิ่นอย่างไรกันบ้าง - มหาลัยของเราทำให้ชาวนากลายเป็นลูกจ้าง เนื่องจากขายที่นาเพื่อสร้างมหาลัย และนายทุนที่มาลงทุนสร้างหอพักร้านค้าต่างๆ ไปหมดแล้วไม่มีนาจะทำ - มหาลัยของเราแย่งพื้นที่ของโรงเรียนชุมชนเก่าแก่แห่งหนึ่ง แทนที่จะส่งเสริมทั้งทางด้านวิชาการ และวัตถุ - มหาวิยาลัยมุ่งสู่ความรุ่งเรืองไม่หยุดหย่อน ไม่เคยเหลี่ยวแล ชุมชนใกล่เคียง ว่ามันได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปในทิศทางใด วิถีชีวิตเปลี่ยนไปเช่นไร - มหาวิยาลัยมีศูนย์พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ วิทยาการก้าวไกล น่าชื่นชม - เศรษฐกิจของชาวบ้านบ้างคนดีขึ้น บางคนเป็นหนี้มากกว่าเดิม เนื่องจากไม่ได้เรียนภูมิศาสตร์มา กู้เงินมาสร้างหอแต่ไม่มีคนอยู่ เพราะไม่ได้วิเคราะห์รัศมีของการให้บริการเลยเจ๊งแบบติดลบ - ชาวนายังใช้สารเคมีกันอย่างเข้มข้นทั้งที่ มีคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ (มิได้ผลิตบัณทิตมาเพื่อเป็นผู้นำชุมชน แต่ผลิตมาขายปุ๋ย) แต่ในความเป็นจริงแล้ว การทำอะไรเล็กมักไม่มีคนเห็น คนจึงไม่อยากทำ แต่พื้นที่แห่งนี้มีประเด็นใหญ่ๆออกข่าวทางสื่อต่างๆ อย่างน้อยปีละ 2 ครั้ง นั่นก็คือปัญหาภัยแล้งและปัญหาน้ำท่วม แต่ในข่าวที่ออกมาอย่างน้อยปีละ 2 ครั้งนั้นก็ยังไม่เคยเห็นข่าวการมีส่วนร่วมด้วยช่วยกันคิดที่มาจากนักวิชาการจากที่แห่งนี้ ถ้ามีกรุณาบอกด้วยจะได้ขออภัยที่กล่าวผิด ในครอบครัวถ้าเราเป็นผู้นำครอบครัวได้ ในหมู่บ้านเราก็อาจจะเป็นได้ ในตำบล และสังคมที่ใหญ่ขึ้นไปก็อาจเป็น ดังนั้น ขอให้เป็นผู้นำทางความคิดนำพาชุมชนใกล้เคียงไปสู่การพัฒนาให้ได้ดีก่อน รับรองในสังคมที่กว้างขึ้น ท่านก็จะสามารถโดดเด่นเป็นผู้นำได้สักวัน จากคุณ ถามมาตอบไป เมื่อวันที่ 31/1/2549 19:01:04 x

ก็อย่างที่ "ถามมาตอบไป " ว่าไว้นั่นแหละ ระบบการศึกษาแยกคนมีการศึกษาออกจากความเป็นจริงของสังคม คิดๆ ไป ก็เหมือนกับการศึกษาเป็นยาเสพติด เพราะมีทั้งโทษและเสพติด . . โทษมหันต์ของการศึกษา ก็อย่างที่ว่ามาห้าจากหกประการนั่นละ . . ส่วนอาการเสพติดก็อย่างที่หลายคนเข้ามาต่อว่าอาจารย์และนักการศึกษาทั้งหลายนั่นละ อาจารย์หลายคนสอนน่าเบื่อแต่ก็ยังสอนแบบน่าเบื่อน่าเบื่อนั่นอยู่ อาจารย์บางคนพานักเรียนนักศึกษาเข้ารกเข้าพงด้วยทิฐิมานะเฉพาะตัวโดยไม่รู้ว่าตัวเองแปลกแยกกับสังคม ยังมีอีกเยอะ นักเรียนนักศึกษาในชีวิตจริงเขาเล่นเนตเล่นแชตเล่นโมบายกัน แต่ในชั้นเรียนยังคงกางตำราเล่มเก่าอยู่ หน้าตาและทัศนะของอาจารย์ยังคงรูปแบบเดิมเปรียะไม่หลุดไปจากกรอบของครูไหวใจร้ายหรือไม่ก็อาจารย์แม่ (แฟนพันธุ์แท้ของทักษิณ) . . มันเป็นความต้องการของคนทั้งสังคมที่จะต้องหาเงิน เรียนเกษตรมา ไปทำเกษตรอินทรีย์มันจะพอกินได้อย่างไร มันต้องใช้สารเคมี เพราะฉะนั้นอาชีพของคนเรียนจบเกษตร ก็ต้องไปขายสารเคมี ชีวิตจริงในสังคมมันมีความหลากหลายมากขึ้น คนเรามาจากครอบครัวหลายแบบ แต่ละแบบไม่ซ้ำกันทั้งในภาพรวมและในรายละเอียด ไม่รู้ซิในครอบครัวเดียวกันพ่อแม่ยังไม่ลงรอยกันในบางเรื่อง ลูกกับพ่อก็เห็นไม่ตรงกันในบางเรื่อง แม่กับลูกคุยกันไม่ได้ในบางเรื่อง นี่คือสัจจะ . . แต่ทำไมในห้องเรียนหรือห้องประชุม จึงชอบนักที่จะทำให้คนคิดเห็นและทำอะไรเหมือนๆ กัน ทั้งๆ ที่มันเป็นไปไม่ได้ ไม่มีทางเป็นไปได้เลย คิดว่าที่เขียนมาทั้งหมดนี้นี่แหละ คือ สิ่งท้าทาย ที่ใครก็ตามที่สามารถทำได้ องค์กรนั้นจะได้เป็น "องค์กรชั้นนำ" ทางด้านการจัดการศึกษาแน่นอน จากคุณ ส้มลิ้ม เมื่อวันที่ 3/2/2549 17:30:26 x

ถ้ามนุษย์เราไม่เอาเงินเป็นตัวตั้งมากมายนัก เดินตามแนวทางเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ดัชนีชี้วัดความสุขของคนก็คือความสุข แต่ปัจจุบันดัชนีชี้วัดความสุขคือเงิน ดังนั้นเงินหรือเรื่องปากท้องจึงเป็นเหตุผลของผู้คนในสังคมนี้เสมอ การศึกษาสอนให้คนมีความรู้เพื่อใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการหากิน แต่ไม่ได้สอนให้ไปหากินแบบไหนเพราะไม่ใช่หน้าที่ทางตรงของอาจารย์ เป็นเรื่องของลูกศิษย์เองที่จะไปแสวงหาความรู้ศีลธรรม จริยธรรมกันเอาเอง ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่เรียนรู้ง่ายเข้าใจง่าย แต่คนที่มีมันสมองดีหลายๆคนในเมืองไทย สอบตกวิชานี้ ยกตัวอย่าง พวกแพทย์ที่ชอบฆ่าหั่นศพ อาจารย์บางท่านอยากให้การเรียนการสอนเร้าใจ บางคนจึงสอนแบบกาละแม คือชอบพูดหลายแง่หลายง่าม ก็ไม่ได้ว่าอะไรกันหรอก เรียนมหาวิทยาลัยก็โตๆกันแล้วอาจารย์เลยไม่ค่อยห่วงเรื่องพวกนี้ จะว่าไปจริงๆแล้ว จะดีจะชั่วมันก็อยู่ที่ตัวเรานะ อย่าไปโทษคนอื่นดีกว่า (บอกตัวเอง) นอกเรื่องเรื่องไปบ้างแต่ก็ อยากจะเสนอว่าองค์กรที่ดี องค์กรที่คนนับถือว่าเป็นผู้นำนั้น จะต้องเปี่ยมด้วยความเชื่อถือจากผู้คนในสังคมมากที่เดียว ซึ่งความนับถือนั้นคงได้มาจากหลายๆปัจจัย จากคุณ ถามมาตอบไป เมื่อวันที่ 3/2/2549 18:43:15 x

อ่านความเห็นของ คุณ ถามมาตอบไป หลายครั้งแล้ว รู้สึกว่าเข้าถึงกับสภาพความเป็นจริงได้ดี นึกคิดพูดอยู่กับสิ่งที่เป็นปัจจุบัน ทำให้คนในองค์การนับถือผู้นำตนเองได้ซะก่อน ล่ะครับ... ต่อไปการยอมรับองค์การ จากชุมชนรอบข้างและสังคมอื่น คงไม่ยากเกินไป สิ่งต่างๆ ก็ร่วมแรงร่วมใจ ลงมือกันทำได้ง่ายขึ้นกว่าเดิมนะ ช่วยบอกผมรุ้ทีเถอะครับ ว่าปัจจุบันนี้มี องค์การไหนบ้างในเมืองไทย ที่กล้าประกาศตัวเองเป็นองค์การชั้นนำทางด้านโน่นด้านนี้ เป็นชั้นนำแล้ว ต้องรักษาความดีนี้ ให้อยู่นานนานหน่อย ยังไงก็ตามนะ ผมว่า ถึงจะเป็นความหวังแบบล้มๆแล้งๆ ก็เถอะ ก็ยังดีกว่าไม่มีเป้าห-ายอะไรเลย ท่านก็พยายามสร้างความฝันอันหลากหลายเอาไว้ เผื่อเอาไว้คอยกระตุ้น (บางครั้งก็เอาไว้หลอกล่อด้วย) พวกคนในหน่วยงานให้มีกำลังใจไง จากคุณ stoppingby เมื่อวันที่ 4/2/2549 21:18:58 x

มีโอกาสได้อ่านพระราชบัญญัติการศึกษาแห่งชาติฉบับ พ.ศ.2542 อ่านแล้วมันช่างเป็นอะไรที่ งไกลจากความเป็นจริงเหลือเกิน เป็นอุดมคติเหลือเกิน ใช้คำที่เกี่วข้องกับจริยธรรมมากมาย แต่ในความเป็นจริงจริยธรรม คืออะไรหน้าตาเป็นไง มีใครเคยเห็นบ้าง อย่าเพิ่งงงนะครับ กำลังจะบอกว่า จริยธรรมเป็นปัจจัยหนึ่งที่จะทำให้องค์กรธรรมดากลายเป็นองค์กรชั้นนำได้ครับ จากคุณ .... เมื่อวันที่ 6/2/2549 21:59:00 x

"องค์กรชั้นนำจะต้องติดจรวดที่หัวขององค์กร" เมื่อต้องการเป็นผู้นำ ก็ต้องกล้าคิดอะไรที่ใหม่ๆ อันเป็น challenge แล้วพยายามพิสูจน์ให้องค์กรอื่นหรือสังคมทั่วไปเห็นว่า สิ่งที่องค์กรนั้นๆ คิดหรือผลิตมานั้น เป็น innovator ที่เป็นไปได้ เป็น innovator ที่มีประโยชน์ต่อสังคม อย่างเช่นนักศึกษาคนหนึ่งคิดและผลิตเครื่องแกะห-ากขึ้นมาเครื่องหนึ่ง แล้วก็นำไปแสดงที่โน่นที่นี่ ผู้คนก็จะวิพากย์วิจารณ์กันไปคนละทิศคนละทาง ทางหนึ่งก็ตำหนิในเชิงลบ ในทำนองว่า ประเทศชาติเขาเลิกกินห-ากกันไปนานแล้ว มีแต่คนแก่ๆ เท่านั้นแหละที่ยังกินอยู่ แล้วกินห-ากนี่มันจำเป็นถึงขนาดต้องใช้เครื่องปอกห-ากกันเชียวหรือ . . สังคมจะมีคำถามมากมายสำหรับ innovator หนังสือพิมพ์ไทยรัฐหน้าในๆ หน่อย หรือไม่ก็เดลินิวส์ หนังสือพิมพ์พวกนี้จะมีข่าวแบบนี้เยอะ ซึ่งไม่เชื่อก็ต้องเชื่อว่า สารสนเทศที่อยู่ในหนังสือพิมพ์ระดับล่างเหล่านี้ จะเจาะทะลุเข้าถึงกลุ่มประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ . . ดังนั้นข่าวเรื่องการผลิตเครื่องปอกห-าก จึงไปเข้าหูเกษตรกรทางภาคใต้ ที่เขาปลูกมะพร้าวกันมาก ทีนี้เครื่องปอกมะพร้าวจึงเกิดขึ้นจากการเลียนแบบเครื่องปอกห-าก คนคิดเครื่องปอกห-ากก็เลยกลายเป็นผู้นำแห่งความคิดไป ทั้งๆ ที่ก่อนหน้านี้ถูกเหยียดเอาเป็นเอาตาย จากคุณ ส้มลิ้ม เมื่อวันที่ 6/2/2549 22:41:47 x

วันนี้มี 2 ข้อ - องค์กรที่ดีต้องโปร่งใส ตรวจสอบได้ ยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็น ปรับปรุงองค์กรให้ทันสมัยและทันต่อกระแสโลกอยู่เสมอ: ต่อกรณีของประเด็นนี้มองเห็นได้ชัดเจนมาก เว็ปไซด์ไม่ปรับปรุงข้อมูลเลย หลักสูตรยังไม่ทันสมัยและส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาเป็นผลผลิตขององค์กรชั้นนำ ยกตัวอย่างบังคับให้เด็กที่เรียนภูมิศาสตร์เรียนภาษาอังกฤษต้อง 5 ตัว 15 หน่วยกิต พวกคนคิดหลักสูตรครับนอกจากคุณวางแผนและใช้หลักสูตรนั้นแล้ว คุณเคยประเมิณผลกันบ้างหรือเปล่าครับ ว่ามันมีประโยชน์หรือเสียเวลาเปล่า ถ้าอยากสร้างนักศึกษาให้มีความรู้จริงก็ต้องวางแผนที่จะสอนอะไรกับเขาด้วย เช่นการเขียนโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์อันนี้เห็นว่ามีประโยน์มาก แต่ภาษาอังกฤษอันนี้ค้านสุดตัวครับ เรียน 2 ตัวพอแล้วที่เหลือไปฝึกกันเองเถอะ เชื่อผมเถอะเด็กไทยนะเรียนภาษาอังกฤษมาตั้งแต่ ป.5 แล้วจนจบ ป.โท มันก็ยังห่วยเหมือนเดิม เพราะระบบการสอนมันห่วย เพราะฉะนั้นเอามายัดเยียดตอนปริญญาตรีมันไม่มีไรดีขึ้นหรอกครับ - องค์กรชั้นนำต้องสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ขึ้นมานำเสนอต่อสังคมได้เป็นทางเลือกของผู้คนในสังคมได้: การเรียนวิชาภูมิศาสตร์ปัจจุบันนี้มีความเป็นตัวตนของตนเองน้อยมาก เหตุผลเพราะเรา (ภูมิศาสตร์) ยึดติดแอบอิงอยู่กับกระแสของ GIS และเทคนิคอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องมากเกินไป ทำให้เกิดการพึ่งพาทั้งทางด้านองค์ความรู้และเทคโนโลยีจากต่างประเทศสูงมากโดยเฉพาะประเทศตะวันตก เราภูมิใจในสิ่งที่พวกเราเป็นแค่ผู้ประยุกต์ใช้ และใช้ตามเขา เราภูมิใจที่ลูกศิษย์ของเราเป็นเพียงแค่กรรมกรวาดแผนที่ ความจริงนักภูมิสาสตร์น่าจะเป็นได้มากกว่านั้น ไม่ใช้เป็นผู้เสนอข้อมูลให้ผู้บริหารเอาไปใช้ในการตัดสินใจ องค์กรชั้นนำทำไมไม่คิดว่านอกจากจะเป็นผู้ใช้เพียงอย่างเดียวเราควรเป็นผู้สร้างองค์ความรู้ของตนเองขึ้นมาบ้าง เช่น ทางด้าน Software องค์ชั้นนำควรสร้างความร่วมมือกับหน่วนงานในมหาวิทยาลัย สร้างโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปขึ้นมาใช้กันเอง ผมเคยเห็นโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปที่มีขนาดไม่ใหญ่มากแต่ใช้การได้ดี มีให้ดาวโหลดในอินเตอร์เน็ตมากมาย แปลว่ามันเป็นสิ่งที่เราทำได้ไม่ใช่เพ้อฝัน ไม่ใช่เป็นองค์กรชั้นนำที่ต้องแอบบใช้โปรแกรมเถื่อนสอนนักศึกษา แล้วนักศึกษามันเห็นว่าเป็นของเถื่อนอาจารย์ยังใช้สอนได้ แล้วจรยธรรมที่ติดตัวไปตอนออกไปทำงานจะเป็นอย่างไร จากคุณ ถามมาตอบไป เมื่อวันที่ 7/2/2549 16:09:16 x

วันนี้อยากกล่าวถึงสิ่งหนึ่งที่ภูมิศาสตร์ไม่ค่อยได้ทำกันบ่อยนัก ขณะที่สาขาวิชาอื่นๆ เขาทำกันมานานแล้ว . . August Losch นักเศรษฐศาสตร์เกี่ยวกับที่ตั้งชาวเยอรมัน กล่าวถึงวัตถุประสงค์ในการเขียนทฤษฎีดุลยภาพแห่งที่ของอุตสาหกรรมว่า "เขาเองไม่ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะอธิบายความเป็นจริงของโลก แต่ต้องการเสนอแนะว่า ควรจะปรับปรุงโลกที่เป็นจริงอยู่นี้ให้เป็นอย่างไร" สั้นๆ ง่ายๆ แค่นี้เอง . . เข้าใจยากถ้าไม่พยายามเข้าใจ เข้าใจง่ายมากถ้าเพ่งให้เข้าใจ เมื่อคราวเกิดสึนามิที่อันดามัน คนไทยที่ดูข่าวสารทางโทรทัศน์จะเห็นหน้าตาของ ผศ.สมบัติ อยู่เมือง บ่อยๆ อาจารย์ท่านนี้เป็นใคร อยู่ในแวดวงภูมิศาสตร์หรือเปล่า ขณะเดียวท่านหนึ่งที่มีบทบาทสำคัญของเมืองไทยไม่แพ้กัน คือ ผศ.กวี วรกวิน นายกสมาคมภูมิศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทย แต่ท่านหลังนี้อยู่ในจอทีวีน้อยกว่าคนแรก น้อยกว่ามากๆ ในช่วงนั้น ผศ.สมบัติ อยู่เมือง เป็นอาจารย์อยู่ที่คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย อาจารย์นำเสนอข้อมูลทางธรณีวิทยาผ่านระบบนำเสนอและผ่านการวิเคราะห์/สังเคราะห์ด้วยจีไอเอส เป็นการนำเสนอในเชิงอธิบายปรากฎการณ์ เป็นการอธิบายในเชิงการทำนายที่อยู่บนฐานข้อมูลวิทยาศาสตร์ พร้อมกันนี้อาจารย์ยังนำเสนอถึงการจัดการที่ควรจะจัดการหลังเหตุการณ์สงบแล้ว (ลองอ่านดูจากความเคลื่อนไหวของอาจาย์ล่าสุด เรื่อง "อาจารย์จุฬาแนะใช้ “จีไอเอส” จัดการหลังคลื่นยักษ์" ในhttp://www.manager.co.th/Science/ViewNews.aspx?NewsID=9480000010098) ขณะที่ ผศ.กวี วรกวิน ก็มีบทบาทมากเช่นกันในการอธิบายเหตุการณ์ครั้งนั้น หนังสือพิมพ์ต่างๆ ขอสัมภาษณ์ โทรทัศน์หลายแห่งมาขอข้อมูลและขอสัมภาษณ์ออกรายการ แต่การอธิบายค่อนไปทางบรรยายโลกที่เป็นอยู่เสียมากกว่า ข้อมูลเชิงวิทยาศาสตร์ที่จะทำให้เกิดการทำนายและการจัดการหลังจากเกิดสึนามินั้นมีน้อยมาก (ศึกษาจากบทความเรื่อง "ภูมิศาสตร์ชายฝั่งที่แตกต่าง ผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นไม่เท่ากัน" ใน http://www.swu.ac.th/journal/tsunami/bother.htm หรือเรื่อง "แผ่นเปลือกโลกอินโดฯ-ออสเตรเลียนชนยูเรเชียน อันตรายตั้งแต่แม่ฮ่องสอนถึงริมฝั่งอันดามัน" ใน http://www.matichon.co.th/tsunami/show.php?ndate=2004/12/28&news=1&cshow=01lif04281247) มันเป็นข้อจำกัดของวิชาภูมิศาสตร์บ้านเรา ข้อจำกัดที่ต้องหลุดพ้นออกไปให้ได้ หลุดไปจากกรอบการทำงานแค่อธิบายความเป็นจริงของโลก หลุดไปสู่การเสนอแนะความเป็นไปของโลก เสนอแนะเพื่อจัดการโลกในอนาคต จัดการบนฐานความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ไม่ใช่จัดการบนฐานของความเห็นอย่างที่เป็นอยู่ทุกวันนี้ ใน National Geographic ฉบับภาษาไทย มีรายชื่อคณะที่ปรึกษาจำนวนหนึ่ง ดูแล้วไม่น่าเชื่อว่า ในนั้นมี ศ.ไพฑูรย์ พงศบุตร ท่านเดียวเท่านั้น ที่เป็นคนภูมิศาสตร์จริงๆ นอกนั้นไม่ใช่ ในนั้นมี ผศ.สมบัติ อยู่เมือง กับ ผศ.ทิวา ศุภจรรยา ด้วย ทั้งสองท่านเป็นนักธรณีวิทยา ขณะเดียวกันในนั้นมี ศ.นิธิ เอียวศรีวงศ์ กับ รศ.ศรีศักดิ์ วัลลิโภดม ซึ่งเป็นนักประวัติศาสตร์และโบราณคดี . . . ในนั้นไม่มี ศ.ประเสริฐ วิทยารัฐ ท่านนี้ไปร่วมงานวันเปิดตัวหนังสือเล่มนี้ด้วย ในนั้นไม่มี ผศ.กวี วรกวิน ที่ตอนนั้นเป็นนายกสมาคมภูมิศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทย ในนั้นไม่มี ศ.วันเพ็ญ สุรฤกษ์ ไม่มี ศ.มนัส สุวรรณ (นายกสมาคมภูมิศาสตร์คนปัจจุบีน) . . เรียกว่าในนั้นไม่มีความสำคัญของภูมิศาสตร์เลย จากคุณ ส้มลิ้ม เมื่อวันที่ 9/2/2549 22:00:27 x

ไม่ต้องอวดว่าข้ากล้าข้าเก่ง อ่าน คลุกวงใน ของพิษณุ นิดกลัด จามติชน สุดสัปดาห์ประจำวันที่ 10-16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2549 อ้างที่มาแล้วนะ และไม่ได้ Copy มาให้อ่านแต่ชอบที่เขาเขียนถึงอาจารย์ที่บอกว่ารัฐศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ ตอนที่ท่านเรียนนั้นมีนักศึกษาชอบเรียนมากเพราะมีอาจารย์หลายท่านหยิบประเด็นสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันมาวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ การเรียนการสอนแบบนี้ได้เรียนกับของจริงที่เห็นและสัมผัสอยู่รอบตัว นอกจากนี้ท่านยังกล่าวว่าวิชา ความคิดทางการเมืองของ อาจารย์ชัยอนันต์ สมุทวณิช (ขอโทษที่กล่าวนามท่านโดยไม่ได้บอกกล่าว) ท่านให้กระดาษ 3 หน้า เป็นรายชื่อ หนังสือ 300 เล่ม โดยบอกนักศึกษาว่ามีข้อสอบข้อเดียวคือ สอบปากเปล่า ซึ่งห-ายถึงการดวลทรรศนะ ดวลความคิดและดวลภูมิความรู้ตัวต่อตัวกับอาจารย์ ทำให้มีการแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและทำให้นักศึกษารักการอ่าน ไปอ่านรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมเอาเอง จะมีบ้างไหมใครซักคนในที่นี้ เพราะแนวความคิดทางภูมิฯ เคยเรียนจริงจังเหมือนท่านส้มลิ้ม ท่องตำราแปลตำราตอบตามตำรา แค่นี้จริงๆ ไม่ได้อะไรนอกจากนี้ คิดแล้วเหนื่อย กบตัวน้อยนิดๆ พาลไปถึงกบได้อย่างไร จากคุณ ลุงคำปัน เมื่อวันที่ 14/2/2549 19:04:26 x

-ก่อนที่เขาจะสามารถนำเสนอสิ่งต่างๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงโลกให้น่าอยู่ขึ้น =เขาต้องเข้าใจถึงความเป็นจริง และอธิบายปรากฎการณ์นั้นได้อย่างถูกต้องถ่องแท้ซะก่อนนะ=-เพียงแต่เขาไม่หยุดอยู่แค่ ข้าพเจ้าเข้าใจแล้ว อธิบายได้แล้วนะ แต่ไม่ได้เสนอหนทางในการหลีกเลี่ยง ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น- ผมชอบที่คุณส้มลิ้มกล่าวถึงว่า “เขาเองไม่ได้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะอธิบายความเป็นจริงของโลก แต่ต้องการเสนอแนะว่า ควรจะปรับปรุงโลกที่เป็นจริงอยู่นี้ให้เป็นอย่างไร” เรื่องแบบนี้ ถ้าทำเป็นซีเรียสซักนิด ก็อาจจะไม่เป็นมุขแบบ โอ้พระเจ้าจ๊อด ทอดกล้วย ..พระเจ้าช่วยกล้วยปิ้ง ก็ได้ ผมอ่านการศึกษาวิจัยระดับ ป โท ป เอก ซึ่งสมัยก่อน งานส่วนมาก จะหยุดอยู่ที่การเข้าใจและสามารถอธิบาย หาเหตุหาผลของปราการณ์ที่สนใจเท่านั้น แต่ในปัจจุบัน เหมือนเป็นเกณฑ์บังคับกันเลยว่า ต้องมีการเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข ปรับปรุง และทางเลือก ที่เห-าะสมเฉพาะ เจาะจง สำหรับสถาณการณ์หลากหลายที่มีโอกาสเกิดขึ้น เรื่องแบบนี้ผมว่า มันไม่เฉพาะสาขาภูมิศาสตร์หรอก มันเป็นสูตรสำเร็จสำหรับทุกสาขาวิชาไปแล้วในปัจจุบันนี้ สิ่งต่างๆ รวมถึงปัญหาในปัจจุบัน มันซับซ้อนซ่อนเงื่อน ทุกสรรพสิ่งมันเกี่ยวโยงกันไปหมด เรื่องแบบนี้คนเก่ง หรือเซียนเพียงสาขาเดียว มันมองไม่เห็นทุกแง่มุมน่ะครับ ผมยอมรับว่าทุกคนมีแนว ของตัวเอง แต่การรับฟังแนวความคิดเห็น .จากคนที่มีแนวคิดต่างกันให้มากขึ้น บางทีมันจะทำให้สมองมีประสิทธิภาพ (รอยหยักหรือเปล่า) เพิ่มขึ้นมาก็ได้นะครับ แล้วไงครับ ประเด็นน่ะ มันไม่ดีกับองค์การที่ บุคลากร มีความหลากหลายทางด้านความคิด หรือสถาบันการศึกษาที่จบ หรือครับ มันเป็นพื้นฐานมากเลย ถ้าบุคลากรทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างเต็มใจ ก็สามารถร่วมมือร่วมใจกัน นำไปสู่ความเป็นองค์กรชั้นนำ หรือจัดการองค์การเพื่อความเป็นเลิศนะครับ ได้โปรดเถอะ.... จากคุณ stoppingby เมื่อวันที่ 14/2/2549 19:53:57 x

ขออนุญาตเปลี่ยนคำว่า "พึ่งพา" (dependency) ในโมเดลของคุณ "ถามมาตอบไป" เป็น "พึ่งพิง" (interdepency) หรือ "เกื้อกูล" (Complementary) นะจ๊ะ . . เพราะคำว่า "พึ่งพา" นั้น ว่ากันตามรากศัพท์และที่มาที่ไปของการใช้คำๆ นี้ มันดูรุนแรงในเชิงเหยียดหยามมาก คือ ประเทศๆ หนึ่งต้องผูกติดอยู่กับประเทศอีกประเทศหนึ่งอย่างไม่สามารถหลุดออกไปได้ เป็นคำที่ใช้แสดงถึงความด้อยพัฒนาของประเทศในอเมริกาใต้ ซึ่งแต่ละประเทศอยู่ในอาณัติ (dependence) ของสหรัฐอเมริกาทั้งนั้นเลย . . เรียกว่าชาตินี้หรือชาติหน้า ก็ขาดสหรัฐไม่ได้ทั้งนั้น จากคุณ ส้มลิ้ม เมื่อวันที่ 14/2/2549 22:14:48 x
