Data Production Manager (Urgently Required) Responsibilities : To plan and manage data production activities with all deliverables related to, in an efficient and cost-effective manner to ensure compliance with the agreed database program of the respective country organization. To ensure full compliancy to the ISO/TS 16949 requirements within the local country data production domain. To monitor and follow up the defined KPI’s and PI’s and implement where required corrective measures to respect given Budget frame. Establish structural processes towards continuous operational and qualitative improvements. Coordinate with outside organizations and DB Project Manager to align plans, KPIs, performance metrics. Share/exchange information to further improve ways of working in Data Production. To implement, follow up and coach employee development programs for all local data production team members, including setting key deliverables and performance evaluation. Prepare, organize and coordinate with HR to provide training plan for staffs under supervision. QMS Coordinator Responsibilities : Perform Quality Checks for navigation products in office and in field in order to provide a quality assessment of TA Navigation Products.. Perform Navigation Software Checks (system behavior and MMI) in order to provide a quality assessment of Navigation Software Perform Defect Analysis on Mother Database/ Application Database/ Product Database for both defect reports found during Quality Checks as well as for external defect reports (e.g. from Blaupunkt and Becker) in order to provide valuable information to the parties performing the correction on how to solve the related defect Give feedback of test results and external defect reports into corporate defect tracking system REACT in order to allow database and product improvement Verify defect solution on product or raw database in order to check overall process effectiveness and to initiate improvement measures in case of deviations. Keep track of the status of reported defects in order to initiate actions in case of delays and to be able to give feedback to customers. Qualifications : 3 – 5 years of working experience in Geographic database and integration of vehicle navigation systems Bachelor's Degree or higher in Cartography, Geography or Informatics.
